Payroll Specialist

Description

Digitain is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and consolidate attendance records, overtime requests, leave data, and related documentation
• Record bank statements in accounting software (AS)
  
• Ensure timely calculation and payment of salaries, as well as the preparation of individual salary reports
  
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to employee inquiries related to salaries, benefits, and tax matters
  
• Meet all reporting deadlines while ensuring the accuracy of data and compliance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia
  
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor with the responsibilities of the position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or other related fields
• At least two years of experience in a similar position (accounting or finance)
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, and the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia
  
• Good Knowledge of English and Russian
  
• Proficient in MS Office
  
• Knowledge of Armenian software, particularly AS HRM, TaxService, and other related accounting softwares.
  
• Ability to work under pressure
  
• Keen attention to details
  
• Excellent communication skills
