- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture roles.
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Strong experience leading technical initiatives and establishing development standards.
- Proven ability to mentor developers and support team capability growth.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, including REST and SOAP services.
- Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency with DevOps and release management tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset.
Nice to Have

- Experience integrating Salesforce with Azure, AWS, or other external platforms.
- Knowledge of Salesforce enterprise design patterns and packaging strategies.

Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and architecture documentation.
- Lead solution architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Drive the optimisation of platform functionality and overall system performance.
- Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and critical defects.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Mentor and support developers, fostering technical growth across the team.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve systems, processes, and development practices.
