Automation Engineer (RPA/RMM)

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Automation Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimisation of automation solutions within a modern IT services environment. • Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration platforms such as Rewst, Kaseya, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience working with IT service management and service desk platforms
• Solid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding automation processes is highly desirable
• Familiarity with MSP toolsets, service delivery platforms, and operational systems is advantageous

• Strong documentation and process design experience
• Ability to create process maps, workflow documentation, and knowledge base articles
• Experience developing reusable automation frameworks and operational best practices
