🔎 About the role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across financial processes

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Validate invoices and ensure proper documentation

• Accurately code and post invoices on time

• Respond to internal inquiries (payment status & processes)

• Maintain accurate reports and financial records

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Support the AP team with daily operations

✅ Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• +6 months in Accounts Payable or similar role

• Strong Excel & computer skills

• High attention to detail & organization

• Strong written & verbal communication

• Ability to handle confidential financial data

• Team-oriented mindset

• Experience handling high-volume invoices

• Strong ownership & accountability

• Process improvement mindset

• Proactive and collaborative attitude
