✨ Summary Join a dynamic legal team focused on personal injury cases. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Assistant to support case management, client communication, and coordination with institutions.

📌 Key Responsibilities: ▪️ Follow up with clients and schedule therapy sessions ▪️ Coordinate with hospitals, police, and insurance companies ▪️ Manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks ▪️ Handle confidential information professionally

📌Requirements: ▪️ 1 year of legal experience (local experience is valid) ▪️ Fluent in English and Portuguese ▪️ Basic knowledge of medical terms ▪️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills ▪️ Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change ▪️ 🎓 Law students with flexible schedules are welcome! ▪️ No U.S. experience required
