• The Role: As a Product Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor to PrismHR customers. You'll implement new customers and consult with existing ones on the PrismHR core platform and on industry best practices. You'll lead implementations and projects independently, bringing technical, product, and PEO/ASO/staffing expertise while coordinating cross-functional delivery.
• What You'll Do:
• Own the customer relationship, evaluate business requirements, and guide best-practice implementations
• Document requirements and use cases in functional design documents, and interpret Statements of Work (scope, assumptions, deliverables, hours, schedules)
• Manage multiple implementations and consulting projects while meeting quality, schedule, and customer expectations
• Design and execute complex merges and customer processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Keep thorough project documentation and customer notes, and give regular status updates to stakeholders
• Present remotely and in person at customer meetings, PrismHR events, and industry conferences
• What You Bring:
• 5+ years of experience with PEO, ASO, or staffing operations; payroll; and implementation software
• Experience defining and documenting workflows and processes
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, and implementation-software processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, or certifications may be considered
• Preferred: Experience with Pendo
