The Integrated Solutions team is responsible for driving growth across all of our lines of business in an integrated way. This role is responsible for interpreting and defining client needs in order to align the client’s objectives and requirements with Dun & Bradstreet’s data, capabilities and value. Articulating how our data in conjunction with key partner technologies can lead to strong business outcomes is key.
In this role, you will work in partnership with the Relationship Manager, Solution Sales, Solution Architects and Client Success team, advise on our integrated proposition, including lakehouses and agentic workflows, and display a willingness to learn about and develop relationships with our strategic partners. This will include supporting the Relationship Manager in web-based meetings, in-person meetings, and through providing collateral and thought leadership to support driving Cross Sell, Upsell and New Business.
- Fulfil the role of trusted advisor on Dun & Bradstreet data through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals.
- Actively participate in the evaluation stage of the sales process and serve as the technical advisor for Dun & Bradstreet’s dataset.
- Assist with client facing demonstrations by clearly articulating underlying methodologies, while providing guidance on how the product functionality helps to improve organizational efficiencies.
- Actively participate in account planning for assigned accounts, provide industry trends and assist with client/market segmentation of Dun & Bradstreet’s products.
- Support or lead outbound thought leadership in the form of White Papers, Webinars, Events, Expert Panels etc.
- To maintain a detailed knowledge of key partner technology, success criteria, and market approach.
- Maintain and grow revenue stream through successful interpreting and defining client needs in order to align the client’s objectives and business requirements with Dun & Bradstreet’s products’ capabilities and value
- Support sellers in effectively packaging, pricing and presenting solutions to clients including return on investment.
- Work in close partnership with strategic partners to develop opportunities for new sales, cross sell & upsell, and migration to new delivery mechanisms
- Maintain consistent and accurate data in relevant CRM software (e.g. SFDC) and other sales tools to support territory, account planning and forecasting.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- At least 5 years’ senior sales/consulting experience in technology and/or data where you have successfully and consistently over delivered against targets
- Minimum of 3 years customer facing new business sales experience.
- Adept at providing technical solutions based on clients’ needs per the practice area
- Customer centric with a proactive attitude to tackle problems and deliver solutions for great customer experience during the whole customer journey
- High aptitude to stay current and train on related technology areas
- Compliance with industry professional certifications is required when selling specific regulated financial or data products
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite skills

- Understanding of Cloud Lakehouses, Hyperscalers, & AI Assistants.
- An informed point of view on Big Data, Analytics and AI
