The Operations Officer will support the delivery and development of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award (DofE) across a portfolio of Licensed Organisations (LOs), including schools, colleges, local authorities, charities and youth organisations.

You will work with senior leaders and DofE staff within these organisations to ensure young people have access to a high-quality DofE programme, particularly those facing barriers to participation.

This is a field-based role, working from home when not attending meetings, training sessions or events. Applicants should live within, or close to, the Central London portfolio area.

Build and maintain positive relationships with Licensed Organisations.
Provide day-to-day support, guidance and training to DofE staff and volunteers.
Develop and implement plans to help organisations grow and improve their DofE provision.
Monitor performance, participation and targets using DofE systems and reporting tools.
Conduct licence reviews and support the licensing of new organisations.
Encourage greater participation from young people experiencing marginalisation.
Attend and deliver meetings, training and presentations both online and in person.
Support the planning and delivery of regional and national DofE events.
Contribute to projects and working groups across the organisation.
Support funding applications and project reporting where required.
Help deliver the DofE Strategy and England Business Plan.
