Provide general administrative support, including management of contracts, insurance documentation, and employee expense reports
Handle outgoing invoicing and manage activities related to customer billing portals
Support general accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
Education: High School Diploma or Professional Qualification
Years of experience: Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles is preferred
Languages.
Other skills: Basic IT skills and ability to use Office tools and administrative/management software. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
