Data Engineer - Attribute™

Our Data Engineer will be an integral part of our Attribute Engineering teams. This role is based fully on-site from the Attribute Tel Aviv office, located in Carlibach St 29 Tel Aviv, center.

• →Co-own the roadmap and backlog. Own parts of the product backlog, collaborate on defining and scoping future vision of the product roadmap.
• →Implementing features. From the proposal through spec and implementation to maintenance. You're expected to propose things that you think can be an excellent addition to the products
• →Reviewing code. We believe in code reviews. And you will soon start reviewing pull requests as well!
• →Improving the health of the codebase. We’re mindful of accumulating technical debt. We dedicate one day per week to housekeeping
• →Providing feedback. The team plans and discusses the upcoming work. We provide feedback to each other, trying to find challenges and unknowns as early as possible

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, backend engineering, or a similar field
• 2+ years of practical experience with Python, Spark, and PySpark
• Experience building ETL processes and working with big-data technologies such as Pub/Sub
• Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD methodologies
• Experience building or operating data pipelines in a SaaS production cloud environment
• Versatile developer who learns new tools and technologies quickly, uses AI effectively, and applies sound engineering judgment
• Strong collaborator and independent contributor with excellent communication skills
• Growth-minded, pragmatic problem solver who simplifies complexity and iterates quickly from MVPs using data and feedback

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with C++ or C#
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
