Our GTM Systems Administrator will be an integral part of our business systems team. This role is based remotely in the US, the UK or Ireland.

Responsibilities

→Administer and maintain CRM, marketing automation, and CPQ platforms.
→Configure and manage CPQ tools, including product catalogs, pricing rules, discounting logic, quote templates, and approval workflows.
→Maintain and optimize lead lifecycle processes, campaign tracking, and sales pipelines.
→Build and manage automation workflows, lead scoring models, and validation rules.
→Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system security across all platforms.
→Ensure data integrity through audits, deduplication, and governance processes.
→Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to align systems with business processes.
→Integrate tools across the tech stack (CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, billing, analytics, etc.).
→Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing performance, sales forecasting, and revenue insights.
→Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
→Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
→Stay current on platform updates, CPQ enhancements, and industry trends.
