 The Enterprise Restaurant Operations team is focused on enhancing merchant operations, ensuring that we set all of our merchants up for success by providing a seamless onboarding and post-sale experience. In this role, specifically, you will work to ensure that our Enterprise merchants receive a high-quality experience. As such, this team’s goals are aligned with the broader Enterprise team’s goals around growth and improved operations.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for identifying and resolving operational issues throughout the merchant lifecycle, including post sale contract changes. 

You will master the essential functions of Merchant Services, including onboarding merchants, setting up marketing promotions, and managing workflows in Salesforce queues and cases, in order to identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll work cross functionally with sales members of the Enterprise organization and operational managers in the Merchant Services organization gathering feedback from both sides to create and implement creative solutions that best serve our merchants.

  • Collaborate – Work cross functionally with our internal business partners to support best in class performance for our merchants
  • Influence – Manage cross-functional projects with our sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations and BD teams to improve the internal tools being built for our sales and partner management teams
  • Scale - Document and train internal teams on new processes and refine these on an ongoing basis
  • Leverage AI Tools to streamline routine operations and manage workstreams
  • Use Salesforce and DoorDash Internal Tools to update data in bulk 
  • Ensure all our work, data organization and processes are legally compliant
  • Diagnose and resolve time sensitive operational issues flagged by teammates

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a project management or operations role.
  • BA/BS degree in business or related field
  • Strong written/verbal communications and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and operational management skills
  • Strong excel and data analysis skills
  • You have a positive attitude and are a problem-solver. You enjoy diagnosing issues and developing creative approaches to solve challenges.
  • You are customer-centric - you have a customer-first mentality, are effective at working with people with varying degrees of technical ability.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

See below for paid time off details:

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$102,000$150,000 USD
