The Integrity team is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to help reduce fraud costs and drive solutions that safeguard the integrity of our platform. In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our three core audiences—Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants—and become a key resource for analyzing behaviors that may indicate risky or abusive patterns. You’ll lead investigations into high-risk activity, design data-informed strategies, and implement cross-functional initiatives to mitigate losses while maintaining a seamless and trusted user experience. Most importantly, you’ll help strike the right balance between user trust and risk management, ensuring we continue to support growth while protecting the platform.

  • Establish and refine DoorDash's strategic approach to payments, credit and refund risks - work on the operations, engineering, and analytics needed to protect DoorDash’s audiences from bad actors
  • Analyze user behavior  across DoorDash's platform – complete end-to-end analysis that allows us to better identify the bad actors and improve the experience of good users
  • Influence and engage across the company - partner with the product, engineering, and analytics teams to establish goals and build strategic programs
  • Improve through experimentation – use data-driven decision-making to run tests in order to reduce risk while accelerating growth
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics or related experience
  • Experience leading projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Problem solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets/sheets)
  • You have a bachelor’s degree

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. 

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
