Transfer Pricing Manager

The Transfer Pricing team is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s global transfer pricing framework across a rapidly growing multinational technology organization. The team supports business expansion, acquisitions, operating model evolution, intellectual property management, and global tax compliance while ensuring alignment with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local country requirements. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Development, and business leaders, the team helps enable scalable growth through data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and proactive risk management. Team members gain exposure to complex cross-border transactions, post-acquisition integrations, tax authority audits, and global transformation initiatives, while partnering with stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This is a highly visible team that plays a critical role in supporting the company’s continued growth and innovation on a global scale.

The Transfer Pricing Manager will lead the development, execution, and defense of global transfer pricing strategies. This role requires deep technical expertise and leadership capability across multiple jurisdictions.

• Design and implement global transfer pricing policies
• Oversee TP documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR)
• Provide technical leadership on OECD, IRC 482, UK TIOPA, Finnish TP
• Manage audits and controversy matters
• Lead economic analyses and benchmarking
• Partner with cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior staff

• 7–12 years of transfer pricing experience
• Strong expertise in OECD, IRC 482, UK TIOPA, Finnish TP
• Leadership and project management experience
• Experience in multinational environments
