→Performing powertrain function analysis and function decomposition
→Requirement elicitation activities from system to SW and traceability over V-cycle
→Propulsion system high level functional requirement artifact creation in IBM DOORS/IBM DOORS
→Next Gen (DNG) including attribute classifications
→Propulsion System Operating Modes Identification, Analysis and Documentation in DNG
→Propulsion System energy conversion, storage and delivery understanding and requirement
→development considering standards and OBD compliance
→Participate in the Agile Methodology to plan product backlog and identify potential risks
→Develop simulation/virtual models for specific propulsion features/functions using MATLAB, SysML Rhapsody

Requirements:Basic Qualifications:

→Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Electronics Engineering other related Engineering degree
→Minimum 10 years' experience in conventional and hybrid powertrain development Good understanding on overall vehicle dynamics and vehicle system functioning
→Good understanding automotive powertrain architecture
→Proficient in requirement management tools such as IBM DOORS Next Gen etc

Preferred Qualifications:

→Experience with Vector Tools for data collection
→Vehicle Validation or Powertrain Calibration experience
→Familiarity with Agile project management
→Experience with overall vehicle development cycle and Change management process
→Good communication skills, able to lead meeting with cross functional team
