As a Clinical Success Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful adoption of AI-powered solutions within health systems. You’ll partner closely with clinical stakeholders and internal teams to ensure our tools integrate seamlessly into real-world workflows and deliver meaningful value at the point of care. Your work will focus on reducing administrative burden, enhancing clinical efficiency, and helping shape how AI supports clinicians in practice.
This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.
- Lead onboarding and enablement efforts for clinical users, including delivering training, developing educational materials, and supporting adoption strategies across client organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders to ensure long-term success and engagement
- Gather and synthesize feedback from users to inform product improvements and influence roadmap priorities
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to represent the voice of the clinician and ensure solutions align with real-world workflows
- Track and analyze usage patterns, adoption trends, and outcome metrics to measure success and communicate impact to both internal and external stakeholders
- Support go-to-market efforts by contributing to demos, client discussions, and thought leadership around AI in clinical settings
- 5+ years of clinical experience (e.g., MD, DO, NP, PA) or equivalent deep exposure to clinical environments
- Familiarity with Epic and a strong understanding of clinical workflows and key integration points
- Experience working with AI tools in a clinical setting
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new tools or initiatives within healthcare settings
- Experience working cross-functionally in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both frontline clinicians and senior leadership

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
