• →Manage day-to-day ECM agenda engagement

• →Position DRW as a top-tier ECM investor in the Americas region
• →Expand non-standard transaction activity (increase participation in bilateral trades, club deals, and other bespoke ECM transactions)

• We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to help expand our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) investment strategy across the Americas (US, CA, LatAm) region. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role that combines risk-taking responsibilities as part of a regional ECM investment mandate with business and relationship development responsibilities.
• The position carries P&L responsibility within DRW ECM investment strategy mandate, including aftermarket opportunities.
• Our strategy centers on in depth fundamental analysis in an ECM and general event context (Spin-offs, private/public, listing migrations, other non-M&A events, etc.) and an unconstrained duration framework.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
