→Identify and implement creative, impactful and cost-effective ideas for reaching university students and making an impact on campuses across the globe
→Represent DRW on campus, ensuring that we are constantly marketing opportunities in a robust and effective manner
→Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute the appropriate interviewing, offer generating and closing strategies
→Provide direction & oversight and partner with Recruiting Coordinator regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, onboarding activities, etc.
→Track all interview and candidate activity and configure jobs and interview processes in our applicant tracking system
→Support in the design and execution of the internship program, ensuring a best-in-class experience that drives conversion to full-time roles

Have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a technology-driven industry
Are willing to travel extensively to core schools during peak university recruiting cycles
Have excellent organisation skills and a meticulous attention to detail
Have a strong initiative and sense of urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
Have a strong customer support orientation
Are a tenacious problem solver who can effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
Take a flexible approach and are willing to constantly adapt in an ever-changing environment
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships
Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, as well as other web-based systems (previous ATS experience a plus)
Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
