Job title – Associate Financial Analyst FC&A
Location – Bangkok, Thailand
The Associate Financial Analyst – FC&A supports financial planning, reporting, and business analysis processes, partnering with teams to deliver accurate insights and support business growth.
Your key responsibilities
* Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of month-end closing and reporting activities according to the closing schedule
* Provide balance sheet comments as well as account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy at each month-end close
* Provide Profit and Loss (P&L) statement comments in terms of sales/COGS/Opex regarding variance analysis against actuals, including comparisons to prior periods
* Ensure the financial statements are compiled in accordance with local statutory accounting standards as well as Group IFRS
* Ensure the timely, accurate, and complete filing of statutory audited financial statements, tax, and VAT submissions to local authorities
* Collaborate closely with Financial Shared Services, FP&A, Business Units, and Centers of Expertise (e.g. Tax and Treasury) to ensure alignment and integration of financial activities across the company

You bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation
* Proven experience in year-end closing and audit coordination
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Good command of written and spoken English
