Job title – Expert FPA Costing & Supply Chain
Location – Maastricht, the Netherlands
Join us as an Expert FPA Costing & Supply Chain and play a key role in inventory valuations, monitoring and reporting, logistics costs and warehousing costs. Activities involve some actions in product costing, reporting as well as forward looking planning activities in a multinational environment, and will work closely with the Financial- and Business Leadership teams, the Supply Chain team, and the Finance Director, Supply Chain.
This position is part of the Solutions business (SolCo), within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.
Your key responsibilities
* Optimise, execute and improve the supply chain finance processes (SAP, CFIN)
* Take ownership of period-end closing activities for global inventory management (SAP and CFIN)
* Develop a deep understanding of underlying transactions, programs and other dynamics that will help the reporting
* Contribute to management reporting and deliver business insights as it relates to supply chain management
* Participate in the company’s annual budgeting process and monthly, quarterly forecasting cycles in relation to supply chain management
* Provide insights to the business to achieve optimal inventory levels and thereby optimise operating working capital
* Partner with the business and business controllers to simplify various related processes.
* Execute relevant transactions in the accounting system during month end closing activities

You bring
* Team collaboration, clear communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

* High level of integrity.
* Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and support decision-making through rigorous quantitative analysis; advanced Excel skills required, with experience in financial modelling, dashboards or management reporting tools a plus (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
* Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is desirable.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably within supply chain.
