Job Title: Laboratory Intern, TTH City/Country: Istanbul (Vadi Istanbul Office), Turkey Job Model: On Site | Temporary Internship (11 months), minimum 3 days per week Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in a food application laboratory? We are looking for a motivated intern to support our TTH laboratory team in Istanbul. This internship offers the opportunity to learn about laboratory operations, food applications, sample preparation, and day-to-day laboratory practices in a collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities: * Support application specialists with day-to-day activities in the food application laboratory. * Assist with the preparation, labelling, organization, and storage of samples, raw materials, and consumables. * Support basic laboratory trials, measurements, and documentation under the guidance of the laboratory team. * Help maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and good housekeeping practices. * Follow all laboratory safety, hygiene, quality, and SHE procedures. * Assist with inventory tracking and other operational tasks as needed. * Attend the internship on site for a minimum of three days per week. You bring * Currently studying toward or having graduated from an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree, preferably in Laboratory Management, Food Technology, Chemistry Technology, or a related field. * Current students, including those completing a mandatory internship as part of their school or university requirements, and recent graduates are welcome to apply. * Availability to work on site for a minimum of three days per week throughout the 11-month temporary internship. * Interest in food applications and laboratory operations, with a willingness to learn and develop practical skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible, with the ability to follow laboratory instructions and comply with safety, hygiene, and quality procedures. * Able to work effectively in a collaborative team and communicate clearly; English proficiency is considered an asset.
