Together, we make it possible. dsm-firmenich.com/ANH Your key responsibilities * Perform and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure efficient plant operations. * Maintain production equipment to meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, cGMP). * Collaborate with production teams and cross-functional partners to support continuous, on-time manufacturing output. * Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards and identifying opportunities for improvement. * Plan, schedule, and document maintenance activities while coordinating with external vendors as needed. * Support training and development of operators on basic maintenance tasks to enhance team capability and efficiency. You bring * High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training and 3+ years of maintenance experience preferred. * Execute preventative and corrective maintenance to keep equipment running reliably and reduce downtime. * Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to quickly restore production operations. * Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all activities. And identify and implement opportunities to improve equipment performance, safety, and efficiency. * Coordinate with production and other teams to support efficient, on-time output. * Must be able and willing to work overtime as needed to support continuous production operations, including occasional weekend work and potential call-ins during off-hours to meet customer commitments. The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Hourly $25.00-$28.00. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
