Title: MDM Data Conversion Expert Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid As MDM Data Conversion Expert – As an MDM Data Conversion Expert, lead and deliver critical Enterprise Data Conversion initiatives supporting global business transformation, ERP implementations, mergers & acquisitions, and digital modernization programs. You will drive end-to-end data migration activities, including data assessment, profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and load execution while ensuring data quality, governance compliance, and business readiness. Your key responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end Master Data Conversion activities for ERP implementations, M&A initiatives, and business transformation programs, ensuring timely and accurate migration of master data into target systems. · Define and own the Data Conversion strategy across key master data domains, including Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, and other enterprise data objects, ensuring alignment with business and project objectives. · Collaborate with business, IT, MDM, and project stakeholders to gather migration requirements, develop data mapping specifications, and ensure readiness for future-state processes. · Drive data profiling, cleansing, standardization, validation, reconciliation, and mock conversion activities to ensure high-quality, business-ready data throughout the migration lifecycle. · Monitor project progress through data readiness dashboards, conversion metrics, and risk assessments, proactively resolving issues and providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. · Build and develop high-performing teams while continuously improving data migration methodologies, tools, automation, and best practices to deliver scalable and efficient conversion solutions. You bring · A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. · At least 5–8 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Conversion, Data Migration, or Project Data Services, with strong expertise in enterprise data transformation and migration projects. · Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, Data Quality tools, and other ERP platforms, with hands-on experience in data extraction, profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and load activities. · Proven experience in delivering end-to-end data conversion activities for ERP implementations, business transformation programs, system consolidations, and M&A initiatives across Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance data domains. · Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, data standards, reconciliation processes, and migration best practices, with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues and risks. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, IT, and project teams to deliver high-quality, business-ready data.
