As Senior Manager – Project MD Data Services, lead a high-impact team driving excellence in Enterprise Data Conversion, Master Data Management & Project Data Services across global transformation programs. You will spearhead strategic data initiatives, ensure operational efficiency, and enable high-quality, business-ready data migrations across multiple regions and business functions. This role provides the opportunity to make a significant impact in strengthening data governance, accelerating digital transformation, and delivering scalable MDM and Data Conversion Solutions.

Your key responsibilities
· Manage MDM contribution to M&A, business and IT projects (such as ERP implementation) to ensure adequate provision of master data is loaded in the target systems, In particular, manage relationship with project stakeholders. Track progress, report issues and propose resolution actions.
· Collaborate with MDM, business and IT stakeholders to define data migration requirements and objectives, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems and adequation to to-be processes.
· Define and own the Master Data conversion strategy across domains (Customer, Vendor, Material & Finance etc.)
· Coordinate data cleansing activities with project team members and stakeholders. Implement data readiness reports, reconciliation reports. Publish data conversion metrics for projects in scope,
· Hire, manage, support and develop team members within the frame of Company values and HR policies and processes,
· Design, develop and execute data conversion strategies, mapping and templates

You bring
· A master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
· At least 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Conversion, Project Data Services, or Shared Services operations, with strong expertise in enterprise data migration and governance processes.
· Extensive knowledge of SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, Informatica MDM, Data Quality, and other ERP/data management platforms, along with hands-on experience in data conversion strategy, design, and implementation.
· Proven program and project management skills with a successful track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives, cutover planning, and complex global data migration programs.
· Strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, combined with expertise in data governance, data quality, compliance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
· Strong people leadership capabilities with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
