Production Supervisor Location: Princeton, NJ, US As a Production Supervisor, you'll be working to support the plant's day-to-day operations. You'll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Manufacturing Professional and directly impact the quality of our products - helping to improve real lives. Your key responsibilities: * Driving a positive safety culture with the belief that all injuries can be prevented. * Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms needed to monitor production rates, yields, and quality, cost variances. * Identify areas for improvement in process, equipment, and training, ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed. * Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives, understand requirements, meet production specifications and deadlines. * Coordinate production activities with engineering, maintenance and quality control activities. * Utilize effective troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis to monitor, assess and resolve production issues with staff and equipment. * Supervise, coach, develop and evaluate performance of production personnel with a goal of cross training staff, ensuring that cGMP procedures and practices are maintained and followed. The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary range: $97,600-$118,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annuincentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
