Ducks Unlimited has an opening for a full-time Regional Director of Event Fundraising located in California Bay Area. The target start date is (July 1, 2026), or as soon as mutually agreed.

The Regional Director's duties and responsibilities encompass the management of all facets of event fundraising within the region including:

Recruitment and training of volunteers
Managing volunteer efforts in support of Ducks Unlimited fundraising events
Fostering growth within the region with emphasis on new chapter development; internal growth within existing committees; identification and development of non-traditional fundraising opportunities and major donor identification and management
Coordination and collaboration with California fundraising team and volunteers
