• →Prepare weekly candidate status updates for hiring managers and clients.
• →Assist in updating recruitment reports to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• →Participate in kick-off sessions for new roles to validate requirements, essential and desired qualifications, and timelines.
• →Identify potential risks or issues in the recruitment process and document them.
• →Ensure professional and consistent communication with candidates.
• →Keep candidates informed on process stages, next steps, and timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in recruitment or hiring.
• Proficiency with client-provided recruitment platforms and databases.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
