We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Strategic Finance team. This role will support a broad range of FP&A activities, including financial planning, forecasting, executive reporting, SaaS metrics, and cross-functional business partnering. Working closely with the Strategic Finance team and business leaders across the company, you'll help deliver the financial insights and reporting that guide strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes across the business.
- →Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for revenue forecasting, operating expenses, and strategic initiatives.
- →Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve financial analysis, streamline reporting, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance finance processes.
- →Prepare recurring executive and Board reporting, including financial results, KPI reporting, and variance analyses.
- →Further develop and maintain SaaS reporting, including MRR, ARR, bookings, churn, retention, and other key subscription metrics.
- →Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and G&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making.
- →Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- →Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, business case development, scenario analysis, and ad hoc projects.
- →Help improve finance processes through automation, reporting enhancements, and scalable financial models.
- →Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based Finance team while working effectively across time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based & international stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial statements.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar) and an interest in applying them to improve productivity, financial analysis, and reporting workflows.
- Experience with financial planning systems such as Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Pigment, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and BI tools such as Domo, Looker, Tableau, or Sigma is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or another subscription-based business is preferred.
- Exposure to recurring revenue metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, retention, bookings, or similar operating metrics is preferred.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support a variety of strategic finance initiatives.
- The ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong business partnering skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A desire to continuously improve processes and build scalable reporting and financial models.
Location & Work Model
Candidates must reside in Florianópolis to align with our team collaboration needs and occasional in-person meetings.
