Responsibilities: Attend to customer inquiries and complaints Process orders and provide product information Maintain positive customer relationships Support daily administrative and customer service operations Requirements B.Sc/HND in any relevant discipline 0–1 year experience in customer service or related role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good problem-solving and customer handling ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage Candidates must reside in or around Surulere and its environs Benefits Compensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N120k - N150k monthly + other benefits
