→Serve as the primary client lead and trusted advisor for a portfolio of retail media clients.
→Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction through successful delivery and proactive partnership.
→Translate client business challenges into data-driven retail media, analytics, and measurement solutions.
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and create measurable business impact.
→Lead strategic discussions on retail media effectiveness, performance, measurement, and growth opportunities.
→Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and maximize the value of dunnhumby's capabilities.
→Develop and mentor team members while promoting collaboration and client-centric ways of working.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Spoken languages: English and Spanish.
Proven experience in Retail Media, Digital Media, Marketing Analytics, Advertising, Media Agencies, or related commercial environments.
Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of retail media ecosystems, omnichannel media planning, campaign measurement, and performance optimization.
Experience working in data-driven environments, partnering with Analytics, Insights, Data Science, Media Operations, Consulting, and Product teams.
Strong communication and influencing skills with experience presenting to and engaging senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear business recommendations that drive client value and commercial growth.
