Responsibilities
~1 min read- Lead the full lifecycle of offline media propositions, from concept and feasibility through to commercial launch and performance evaluation.
- Design and evolve scalable, commercially viable media offerings across in‑store screens, digital displays and OOH environments.
- Create new media formats, packages and sponsorship opportunities that maximise the value of physical retail assets.
- Contribute to longer‑term offline media portfolio and selling strategies, ensuring propositions meet advertiser and retailer needs.
- Support the development of integrated media propositions, combining online and offline channels into a cohesive retail media offer.
- Work closely with operations and delivery teams, including colleagues in Prague, to ensure propositions are operationally robust and easy to execute.
- Identify opportunities for screen network expansion, new placements, innovative formats and creative use cases.
- Develop compelling screen‑based propositions for both endemic and non‑endemic advertisers.
- Act as a senior partner to retailer stakeholders on network development, execution and optimisation.
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insight into clear optimisation and growth recommendations.
- Build strong case studies and proof points that demonstrate the impact and value of in‑store and OOH media.
- Partner with Sales, Go‑to‑Market, Digital Media, Insights and Ads teams to create clear product narratives and sales materials.
- Elevate offline media propositions into client‑ready, outcome‑driven commercial offerings.
- Use market research, insight and campaign data to continuously refine propositions and identify new opportunities.
- Deliver training and enablement sessions to sales teams, strengthening confidence in offline and in‑store media solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and markets.
- Lead your own portfolio of projects, setting priorities and driving delivery against clear objectives.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
- Bring the voice of the client and the market into proposition innovation and prioritisation.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects and delivering measurable commercial impact.
- Strong background in media, retail media, OOH, screen‑based media networks or in‑store media.
- Demonstrated experience developing new media products, propositions or formats.
- Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and clearly present ideas, plans and results.
- Experience working with retailers, FMCG brands, media agencies or media sales teams is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working in an international environment, collaborating with teams such as Tesco Media Prague.
