Senior Solution Architect

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect who will design and deliver solutions for complex enterprise systems while acting as a trusted partner to the customer in shaping the overall architecture and solution direction. We expect candidate who can work predominantly in a customer-facing role with proven strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders, projects, and priorities.

Solution Design

• Design target architecture (logical, application, and integration layers)
• Translate business requirements into solution designs
• Define integration principles (APIs, messaging, batch processing)

Customer Collaboration

• Discuss architectural options with customers
• Explain trade-offs (technology, cost, complexity)
• Facilitate workshops and analysis sessions

Delivery Support

• Collaborate with delivery teams (analysis, development)
• Validate architectural decisions
• Ensure consistency and integrity of the solution

Technical Coordination

• Work with other architects (infrastructure, security, data)
• Contribute to the design of complex, cross-domain solutions

• 5–10+ years of experience in solution and/or application architecture; design of complex information systems
• Ability to design end-to-end architectures (at logical level); communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: integration architecture; application architecture; cloud or modern architectures
• Solid understanding of: APIs and integration (REST, messaging – e.g. AMQP, Kafka); distributed systems design
• Residence in the Czech Republic (frequent presence within Czechia) & fluent Czech or Slovak (C2) + English (B2-C1)
• Eligibility to work within the European Union without sponsorship
