Responsibilities

→Perform solid phase synthesis of chemically modified oligonucleotides at various scales to support in vitro and in vivo experiments.
→Perform purification of oligonucleotides to achieve high purity standards.
→Perform analysis (HPLC/UPLC), and characterization (LCMS, UV, melting temperature) of oligonucleotides and their conjugates.
→Multi-task across several projects.
→Gather data, create compelling slides, and present findings in group meetings.
→Eagerness to learn key aspects of RNA therapeutics and to synthesize oligonucleotides to support this research.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD program in Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry or related fields.
Prior lab experience highly
Background/coursework in chemistry, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and analytical chemistry required.
General knowledge of DNA/RNA structure and function is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of software applications using Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team.

MA Pay Range

$25—$30 USD

The pay range reflects the base pay range Dyne reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Individual compensation depends on factors such as education, experience, job-related knowledge, and demonstrated skills.
