We're seeking a skilled M365 Client Engineer to help drive our digital workplace strategy and deliver a seamless, secure technology experience for our employees.
In this hands-on role, you'll be the go-to expert for Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 administration. You'll play a key role in deploying and supporting modern workplace technologies while ensuring security, compliance, and outstanding end-user support. This is an onsite role in Fremont, CA
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design, deploy, and maintain Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- →Build and manage standardized desktop images, application deployments, and device policies
- →Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Entra ID
- →Administer user accounts, licenses, permissions, and identity management functions
- →Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals
- →Configure and deploy workstations, laptops, docking stations, printers, and related equipment
- →Monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and security alerts
- →Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides
- →Collaborate with business leaders and IT team members to improve workplace technology and user productivity
- 4-8 years of IT support, desktop engineering, or endpoint management experience
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and device lifecycle management
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience
- Advanced Windows operating system troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Active Directory, user provisioning, group management, and endpoint security
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Microsoft MD-102, CompTIA A+, or similar certifications preferred
