As we continue our global digital transformation, we are expanding our Business Applications team and seeking a motivated Business Application Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 business systems. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a developing Business Systems Analyst or Dynamics professional looking to grow their career while working on enterprise-wide ERP and CRM initiatives. This is an onsite role in our Lawrenceville, GA facility.

As a Business Application Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, external implementation partners, and IT leadership to improve business processes and maximize the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

• →Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• →Gather and document business requirements and process flows.
• →Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM and CE implementations and enhancements.
• →Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case development, and system validation.
• →Support end-user training, adoption, and change management activities.
• →Maintain process documentation and knowledge resources.
• →Collaborate with functional leaders to identify operational efficiencies.
• →Provide first- and second-level application support.
• →Assist with reporting and analytics initiatives using Power BI.
• →Partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting ERP or business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 FSCM, or Dynamics 365 CE.
• Understanding of business process analysis and process mapping methodologies.
• Experience supporting UAT and business application implementations.
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Exposure to ERP implementation projects.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
