We’re a fast-growing EdTech scale-up on a mission to revolutionize learning through our award-winning authoring tool. Used by global companies like Kellogg’s, T-Mobile, and Siemens, Easygenerator helps organizations simplify knowledge sharing: fast, easy, and impactful.
We’re an AI-first company, utilizing cutting-edge tools in both our products and internal workflows. You’ll gain hands-on AI experience and help shape how AI changes the way companies create, manage, and consume knowledge.
About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and help shape the next generation of Easygenerator.
This is not a role where you simply manage a backlog or execute a roadmap handed to you. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of an important product area, deeply understand customer problems, define a clear product direction, and work with a cross-functional team to ship high-impact solutions.
AI is a core part of where Easygenerator is going. We’re looking for a product manager who is not just “interested in AI”, but actively uses AI tools, understands how AI can change user workflows, and can separate real product value from hype. You should be comfortable exploring AI-native product experiences, working with technical teams on AI-powered capabilities, and thinking critically about quality, trust, adoption, and usability.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to build products that solve real customer problems and contribute to Easygenerator’s growth.

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Experience owning a product area end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and iteration
Strong track record of shipping products or features that created measurable customer or business impact
Experience working in cross-functional teams with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and commercial stakeholders
Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and outcome-based product management
Experience working on complex products with multiple user types, workflows, permissions, or integrations
Hands-on experience using AI tools in your own work
Strong understanding of how AI can change user workflows and product experiences
Ability to evaluate AI product ideas critically, including quality, trust, usability, and adoption risks
Comfortable working with technical teams on AI-powered features, even if you are not an AI engineer
Curious, experimental, and pragmatic about AI: excited by the potential, but grounded in real customer problems
Strong problem-framing skills: you can turn vague input into clear product direction
Strong analytical thinking: you use data well, but don’t hide behind it when judgment is needed
Strong UX instincts: you care about simplicity, usability, and product quality
Strong communication skills: you can explain product decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong ownership: you don’t wait for perfect instructions before moving things forward
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field
Equivalent practical experience can substitute for formal education
