We're driving licensing and regulatory strategy across current and emerging iGaming markets - real market entry work, not theory. This role brings dedicated project management to the end-to-end licence application lifecycle: tracking milestones, consolidating documentation and keeping visibility over deadlines across jurisdictions. - Own the day-to-day project plan for licence applications — timelines, dependencies and stakeholder sign-off
- Maintain a central register of licence applications, renewals and reporting obligations across every jurisdiction, flagging deadlines before they become problems
- Manage scheduling, meeting prep and follow-up actions for engagement with regulators, legal counsel and industry advisors
- Monitor and log global regulatory developments in a structured repository to support strategic impact assessment
- Coordinate across Legal, Operations and Finance to keep compliance initiatives aligned with business timelines
- Assist in drafting documentation for compliance frameworks as we enter new jurisdictions
- Prepare status reports and dashboards on licensing and project progress for the Head of Compliance
- 2+ years' experience in projects, project coordination or programme support, ideally within a regulated, legal or compliance environment (iGaming, financial services or similar)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven experience managing licensing applications and interactions with regulators across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of international gaming regulations and market entry requirements
- A business-related degree
- Excellent project management and organisational skills across complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, GRC platforms and AI to manage and communicate projects
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail
