Responsibilities

- →Resolve customer issues with a solution-first mindset
- →Communicate clearly in Portuguese and English
- →Stay up to date with platform features, products, and policies
- →Accurately manage customer data and interactions
- →Work closely with internal teams to resolve and escalate issues
- →Proactively suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
- →Previous experience in customer support (chat, phone, or face-to-face)
- →Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift
- →Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience in sports betting or online casino
- Familiarity with tools like Slack or Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and department
