Product Design Team Lead - Mobile

Working alongside Product, Engineering, and Design leaders, you'll help shape our mobile-first strategy, transforming complex desktop experiences into intuitive, high-performing mobile products. You'll have the opportunity to influence design at scale, champion best practice, and help build the next generation of mobile experiences across our platforms.

As a Product Design Team Lead, you'll combine hands-on design with people leadership, guiding a team of designers to create intuitive, high-performing mobile experiences that deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. You'll coach and mentor your team through meaningful feedback, collaboration, and design leadership while setting the standard across key product initiatives.

Working closely with Product Design, Product, and Engineering leaders, you'll shape our mobile strategy, influence roadmap decisions, and champion mobile-first thinking across the business. You'll play a key role in evolving our products across iOS and Android, ensuring every experience is scalable, intuitive, and built to the highest design standards.
