Technical Compliance Analyst

You'll use AI as a core tool, move across multiple live projects at once, and help shape how compliance gets done at scale. You'll be at the heart of Easygo's global market expansion, helping us move into new regulated jurisdictions with speed and rigour. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Compliance teams, you'll translate technical regulatory standards into structured requirements that Engineers can build, manage our game certification pipeline, and drive testing automation that gets us to market faster. You'll leverage AI to accelerate research and documentation, develop scalable compliance frameworks that can be replicated across jurisdictions, and play a key role in maintaining our standing in the markets we operate in.

• Analyse and interpret technical regulatory standards across multiple global jurisdictions, breaking them down into structured, actionable compliance requirements for engineering and product teams to implement.
• Own the game certification process, managing requirements across thousands of titles to ensure they meet the technical standards of each jurisdiction we operate in.
• Partner with test laboratories to streamline certification workflows, drive testing automation initiatives, and reduce time-to-market without compromising compliance integrity.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate regulatory research, automate documentation workflows, and maintain up-to-date compliance artefacts across jurisdictions.
• Manage IT security compliance and recertification cadence, including controls management within our Governance Risk System (GRS), to ensure we remain continuously compliant across all active markets.
• Juggle multiple live jurisdiction projects simultaneously, prioritising ruthlessly and keeping key stakeholders across engineering, product, and compliance informed and aligned.

• Proven experience in technical compliance, regulatory affairs, or a closely related field, ideally within online gambling, gaming, financial services, or a similarly regulated technology environment.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and translate dense technical and regulatory documents into clear, structured requirements. You can hold both the detail and the big picture at the same time.
• Familiarity with international compliance frameworks and technical standards, with a working understanding of governance and IT security controls (e.g. ISO 27001 or equivalent).
• A structured, logical approach to problem-solving. You don't need to be a coder, but you think like one and are comfortable working with technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple concurrent projects in a high-velocity environment, with strong prioritisation and time management skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to augment your work, automating research, structuring documents, and finding efficiencies in compliance workflows.
• A compliance-first mindset with the integrity and backbone to hold the line in a fast-moving organisation.

• Audit skills or experience would be highly desirable, technical or management systems audits (ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Direct experience in online gambling compliance, particularly across international or multi-jurisdictional markets.
• Background in AML (anti-money laundering) or financial services compliance.
• Experience working with test laboratories.
