· Observe the implementation of enterprise planning and budgeting software used across Parkhurst Dining and the Restaurant Division.
· Participate in meetings with a third-party software vendor, taking notes and assisting with follow-up items as appropriate.
· Review to understand processes involved with reconciling, auditing, and validating budget and planning data within system models.
· Help document processes and learn the underlying financial and labor models used by both divisions.
· Observe data accuracy and integrity efforts to ensure reliable planning and reporting.
· Meet with department leaders to learn about how planning and budgeting support operational and strategic decision-making.
· Support an enterprise project focused on inclusive learning, including translation and interpretation of key documents and training materials.
· Visit field locations to observe operations and engage with leaders and team members to understand learning needs.
· Research and assess what types of translation, interpretation, and learning tools would be most meaningful and impactful for a diverse, multilingual workforce.
· Assist in organizing findings, recommendations, and insights to inform future learning and training implementations.
· Contribute to creating practical, people-first solutions that enhance accessibility and understanding for all team members.
· Meet with department leaders to learn about how our people-first culture impacts the business.
