• →Perform the monthly accounting close for EBANX’s Brazilian entities, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and traceability of financial information;
• →Perform account reconciliations, including regulated accounts, G&A, and payroll-related accounts, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of accounting records;
• →Issue invoices and support operational billing processes for Brazilian entities;
• →Support the preparation of documentation and evidence for external audits conducted by Big Four firms;
• →Contribute to the preparation and submission of Brazilian statutory accounting and tax obligations, including SPED ECD, IBGE, and other applicable requirements;
• →Partner with Tax, FP&A, and Treasury teams to ensure consistency and alignment across financial information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, either completed or currently in progress;
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and month-end closing processes;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and propose solutions;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines;
• Good communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with different teams across the company.

• Previous experience with accounting routines, including internship experience;
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, TOTVS, or similar platforms;
• Knowledge of Brazilian statutory reporting obligations, such as SPED and IBGE;
• Intermediate proficiency in English and/or Spanish;
• Interest in working in a fintech or BACEN-regulated environment.
