Data Collection Assistant (student job)

E&C is an international energy procurement consultancy. We guide large international companies in buying energy across the globe. That means setting up strategies for buying and greening that energy, negotiate contracts with energy suppliers, set up and run risk management programs and collect invoices, check and analyze them, calculate carbon footprints. You will be working closely with our data reporting team. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Contacting clients (primarily by mail) to collect invoices, countersigned contracts, hedges, position reports etc.

• Ensuring that you have for each client the right information and keep track of all collected and missing data

• Uploading the right information on the right platform and make sure the data is available for other colleagues where needed

• A student available at least 20 h per week (Monday - Friday)

• English speaker (at least intermediate level)

• Detail - oriented, well organized quick learner

• Persistent person who knows how to reach goals
