Reporting Office Location: Mansfield, MA (Remote work possible)

• Senior Leadership Team members and third-party contractors are not eligible.
• Managers may not receive a referral bonus for hires within their own functional area.

• The bonus is paid in the first payroll after the referred employee completes 180 days (6 months) of employment.
• The referring employee must still be actively employed at the time of payment.
