We are actively seeking an ETF Trader for our Asian Markets Delta One desk. You will work with senior traders and quantitative researchers to execute trades, optimize strategies, and provide liquidity in a high-stakes, tech-driven setting. This role offers hands-on experience and growth in some of the world’s most vibrant ETF markets.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Trade and market make ETFs on Asian exchanges, ensuring competitive pricing and efficient execution
• Manage FX and correlated risk across ETF portfolios
• Analyze market microstructure and stock correlations to uncover trading opportunities
• Develop and refine pricing models for ETFs of different asset classes
• Collaborate with quants and developers to enhance trading algorithms and tools
• Monitor ETF listings, regulatory changes, and regional market developments

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of ETF proprietary trading or market making experience in any asset class or market
• Proven track record of profitability and consistent trading performance
• Strong knowledge of ETF pricing and risk management
• Prior experience in electronic trading system
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed trading decisions
• Ability to thrive and make decisions in a fast-paced trading environment and handle pressure effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
