  • 1–2 years of experience in cold calling and strategic outreach is preferred, but if you have strong motivation and the right attitude, we would still love to hear from you
  • self initiative to exceed KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
  • German (C2) and English fluent is a must. Additional languages such as Italian or Spanish are an advantage
  • comfortable navigating through changes in the company
  • the power of persuasion and the talent to quickly win over your counterpart
  • enthusiasm for technical topics
  • strong communication and organizational skills
