→Summarize key information and produce briefing materials as an individual contributor.
→Collect and organize project data to support analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
→Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, translation, and synthesis to inform project decision-points.
→Perform project management tasks, including tracking schedules, maintaining action items, and updating project documentation.
→Gather requirements and develop project artifacts such as workflows, use cases, and process updates under senior guidance.
→Identify gaps, risks, or dependencies and elevate them as appropriate.
→Prepare clear action-orientated meeting materials that capture key notes, decisions, and follow-up needs.
→Conduct stakeholder interactions and engagement activities under the direction of senior guidance.
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate and align related workstreams.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000

→US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (EOD).
→Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, stakeholder engagement, communications or related field.
→Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
→Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
→Familiarity with project management concepts (coursework/certifications a plus).
→Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
