→Lead end-to-end operations and maintenance of district infrastructure across common areas, public realm assets, external M&E systems, roads, pedestrian networks, landscape areas, shared facilities, utilities interfaces, and infrastructure corridors within the 70-acre TRX development.
→Serve as the key operational liaison between internal stakeholders, tenants, authorities, developers, utility providers, service partners, and external agencies on all district infrastructure and common area matters.
→Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies, asset lifecycle programs, and infrastructure resilience initiatives to ensure operational continuity and premium precinct standards.
→Manage multi-disciplinary contractors and service partners across infrastructure maintenance, civil works, utilities coordination, landscaping, cleaning, traffic management, public safety, and M&E systems while ensuring SLA and KPI performance.
→Drive operational governance across common areas by ensuring compliance with safety, risk management, statutory requirements, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and operational policies.
→Oversee inspections, audits, and performance reviews of infrastructure assets and hard services, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
→Manage annual budgets, operational expenditure, contractor costs, and financial performance to deliver cost efficiency and sustainable operations.
→Ensure tunnel systems, traffic interfaces, emergency provisions, drainage systems, lighting, ventilation interfaces, signage, cleaning activities, and contractor works are effectively managed and compliant with operational standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Built Environment, Infrastructure Management, or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, infrastructure operations, township management, precinct operations, or integrated development environments.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing large-scale infrastructure, district operations, or multi-site operational teams.
