Responsibilities

→Assist in monitoring construction activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
→Support the project team in verifying that approved materials, construction methods, and workmanship standards are adopted by the Contractor.
→Assist in site inspections and witness construction activities as scheduled under the Contractor’s Request for Inspection (RFI).
→Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including daily site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and correspondence.
→Support the preparation and submission of reports and documentation required by relevant authorities and stakeholders.
→Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is properly organized and accessible.
→Coordinate with project stakeholders to facilitate timely collection and distribution of project information.
→Provide administrative and technical support to the construction supervision team.
→Participate in site meetings and assist in recording meeting minutes and action items.
→Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer.

Requirements

Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Less than 1 year of working experience.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on-site and learn construction supervision practices.
