As an Assistant Account Manager in Mid-South Specialties, you will be responsible for any operational aspects of an account as well as day-to-day activities. This position will require a positive and coachable attitude to be successful. Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills are required.

Responsibilities

→Act as client advocate always.
→Maintain a positive relationship and excellent communication with client and co-workers.
→Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, mail, and email in a professional and courteous manner. Strive to resolve all inquiries during first communication with client.

→Auto ID Card Issuance
→Policy Change Requests
→Check Mailbox Daily
→Online Rating for Small Business
→Follow up for Renewal Policy Issuance
→Renewal Proposals
→Binders
→Invoicing
→Process Audits
→Post Documents to EPIC Portal
→Update Sagitta
→Obtain Loss Runs
→Policy Checklists
→Run M&S Reports
→Obtain Premium Finance Quotes
→Run MVRs
→Paperless Filing
→Obtain Loss Runs
→Create Loss Summary Tracking
→Prepare Acord Applications
→Become a student of the business. Seek insurance knowledge through training and education.

High School / GED Education required/College Graduate Preferred
P&C Insurance License or related work experience preferred.
If not currently licensed, it must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, i.e., MS Office, Outlook, etc.

Possess excellent written, verbal, listening and organizational skills.
Strong Language, Mathematical, Analytical and Reasoning ability.
Must be able to work within a team environment.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency when responding to an inquiry.
Must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
Must possess attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Attend internal and external training classes and seminars.
Must be able to keep information confidential.
